1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a spot on the Oradea Bar Crawl experience, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part, please do not proceed with your booking.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to participate. Valid government-issued ID may be required at any venue. Oradea Bar Crawl reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who cannot prove their age.

3. Bookings & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Euro (EUR) and include all stated inclusions. Payment is required at the time of booking. Bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the event start time (21:00 Bucharest time) are eligible for a 100% full refund. Direct date transfers or rescheduling are not offered — guests wishing to change dates must cancel for a full refund and place a new booking for their target date. Cancellations within 24 hours of the event start and no-shows are strictly non-refundable. Pursuant to Article 16(l) of OUG 34/2014 (Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 on consumer rights), fixed-date leisure event tickets are statutorily exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal. The 24-hour refund window is a voluntary contractual policy provided by Oradea Bar Crawl.

5. Conduct & Safety

Participants are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully toward staff, guides, and other participants. Oradea Bar Crawl reserves the right to remove any participant from the event without refund if their behaviour is deemed unsafe or disruptive. In accordance with Law No. 61/1991 on the prevention and sanctioning of acts that prejudice public order and safety, all participants must comply with applicable public order regulations and exercise moderation in alcohol consumption. Any violation of public order, aggressive behaviour, or excessive intoxication may result in immediate removal from the tour without refund.

6. Liability

Oradea Bar Crawl is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property sustained during the event. Participation is at your own risk. We strongly advise responsible alcohol consumption in accordance with Law No. 61/1991 regarding public order and safety.

7. Changes to Events

We reserve the right to alter the route, venues, or timing of the event at short notice due to operational or safety reasons. In such cases, no refunds will be issued unless the event is cancelled entirely.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Romanian law and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Romanian courts.

9. Media & Image Release

By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you acknowledge and agree that promotional photographs and video footage may be captured during the tour. You grant ALTERNATIVE TOUR S.R.L. the non-exclusive, worldwide right to use such media for marketing and promotional purposes across official web and social media channels without financial compensation.
